Ethics

Ræder’s history already spans eight decades, and our internal rules of conduct have from the very beginning been founded on our understanding of how any person should act towards other people.

We have also been keen to contribute to the positive development of our industry's bodies. Several of our lawyers are long-time contributors to the Norwegian Bar Association’s work on ethical issues, and several of them have participated with casework for the Association's disciplinary committee. We apply this experience within our own company, to ensure a high ethical level in every aspect.

To us, ethics is a matter above and beyond the rules and practices that all lawyers are required to follow. It pertains to the values on which we base our demeanor towards customers and colleagues, as well as to the role we play in society around us when exercising our profession.
